完全人
(tam)。“公义人”,“和平的”(见伯1:1注释)。诗人在这里说,就所指控的事而言,他在道德上是无可指责的。
不惧怕
。诗人的仇敌显然不怕上帝,也不怕人(见诗55:19)。

。他们千方百计实施自己的恶谋。
极力图谋
。2-6节描写恶人在积极活动。恶人心怀恶念,热心“图谋”奸恶,精心策划,准备行动,侍机突袭。 义人行义最好也要这样热心。虔诚的人往往非常消极。看不到他们在恩典中有长进;也没有为上帝制定出新的发展计划。基督的话说得非常贴切:“今世之子,在世事之上,较比光明之子,更加聪明”(路16:8)。
